Find the next step for your profile, applications, staffing offers, and saved records. Start in your Official Dashboard or Organization Dashboard.
Applied: your application has been submitted. Reviewing or shortlisted: the organization is evaluating applicants; you do not yet have a confirmed assignment.
Offered: review the saved dates, position, and pay before accepting or declining in My Applications. Accepted: you have accepted, but the organization still needs to confirm. Confirmed: the organization has finalized the assignment.
Use the dashboard counts to open a filtered list. Choose another status and select Apply filter, or use Show all records to reset the view.
An invitation asks an official to apply; it does not reserve work or confirm an assignment. Officials can review invitations in their dashboard. Event owners can save available officials, then invite them to an eligible open opportunity.
Saved officials belong to your recruiting workspace. Check your dashboard for updates: staffing invitations and status changes do not currently send automatic email, SMS, or notification-bell alerts.
Event owners: open Crew requests, choose a published, open opportunity connected to an organization you own, and select an assigning association. Set the position, number of officials, reply deadline, staffing brief, and travel requirements. Send a separate request for each position.
Association owners: review incoming requests in the same workspace. Coordinate privately with the event owner and propose accepted association members. A proposal asks the official for permission to share their profile for that event; the event owner sees the candidate only after the official agrees.
Officials: review your crew consent requests, including event dates, compensation, and travel requirements. You may approve or decline sharing and can withdraw your consent. Association membership and crew consent do not apply for work or accept an assignment for you.
After consent, the event owner can invite the official to apply. The official applies, the event owner makes an offer, the official accepts, and the event owner confirms. Crew totals count actual accepted, confirmed, and completed assignments, rather than proposed names.
The staffing brief and coordination thread are private to the two organization owners. Proposed officials see event details and travel requirements. If those event details change, start a new request so consent is based on the updated information. Closing, declining, or cancelling a request stops new recruiting through it and withdraws unanswered invitations; existing offers and assignments retain their individual controls.
Check the workspace for updates while email alerts are being prepared. To manage membership invitations or applications, use Association Management or My Associations.
Keep availability records accurate and confirm the full event commitment before applying. Recurrence is a recorded preference; it does not automatically create additional shifts.
Dates are displayed using the website’s time zone. Confirm the venue’s local time and travel requirements with the organizer. Assignments currently cover the opportunity’s full start-to-end window, rather than separate per-game shifts.
Accepted or confirmed assignments are checked for overlapping times when you accept or confirm additional work. Availability entries alone do not guarantee that a proposed assignment fits your schedule.
Submit credential details in My Certifications. New records begin as pending review. Submission is not verification, and a record on this site does not itself establish eligibility for an event.
Review status and expiration are separate. Confirm current requirements with the organizer and issuing body. Document uploads are temporarily paused; do not paste document links or send credential files through the contact form.
After a successful availability or certification save, you return to the same page. Check the saved records section for your entry. If it is missing, select Refresh saved records before submitting again. Refreshing the list does not submit the form again.
After creating an organization, you return to My Organizations. After submitting an opportunity, you return to My Opportunities, where pending listings can be reviewed. Saving an organization does not verify it, and submitting an opportunity does not publish it.
For corrections, contact GO Sports Officials with the page name, record number, and a brief description of the correction. Do not include passwords, government identification numbers, or credential documents. Member editing and deletion of these saved records are not currently available.
Officials can withdraw eligible applications or decline offers through the application workspace. If an accepted or confirmed assignment needs to change, contact the organization promptly. Event owners manage staffing changes in Applicants & Assignments.
Offers reserve staffing places. Outstanding offers do not automatically expire; event owners should review and withdraw offers that are no longer needed.
Marking an assignment completed updates its payment record to pending. GO Sports Officials does not currently collect or transfer funds. Confirm payment arrangements directly with the organization.
Explore practical checklists and templates in Resources, including guides for officials and event owners. For an account or website problem, use the contact page and describe what happened, which page you used, and any visible error message.
